By accessing or using AI Agent Mindset's services, website, or any associated applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients.

AI Agent Mindset provides AI-powered voice agents, WhatsApp automation, CRM integration, marketing automation, website development, SEO services, and related technology solutions for businesses. Our services are designed to automate customer communications and improve business efficiency.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, to harass or harm others, to send spam or unsolicited communications, to interfere with the proper functioning of our services, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by AI Agent Mindset and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Payment Terms
Fees for our services are as described on our pricing page or in your service agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Late payments may result in service suspension.
Limitation of Liability
AI Agent Mindset shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately, and we may delete your data after a 30-day grace period.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
