2. How We Use Cookies
We use a small, deliberately limited set of cookies and storage items. We audited our own codebase before writing this policy rather than listing every cookie a typical marketing site might use — the categories below reflect what actually runs on aiagentmindset.com today.
We do not currently run Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, or any advertising pixel on this site. The Analytics and Marketing categories below exist so our consent system is ready if we add one — turning them on now has no effect yet.
3. Strictly Necessary Cookies
These are required for the site to work and cannot be switched off. Currently this includes a browser storage entry that remembers your cookie consent choice (aam_cookie_consent) and a small entry that remembers if you've closed our exit-intent offer popup (ep_dismissed), so it doesn't reappear every page load.
4. Analytics Cookies
Reserved for future use. If we add an analytics tool (for example, to understand which pages are most useful), it will only load after you switch this category on in the cookie preference center, and this policy will be updated to name the specific tool.
5. Functional Cookies
Our booking page (/book) embeds a scheduler from Calendly so you can pick a strategy-call time. Calendly sets its own cookies to manage the scheduling session. We only load the Calendly embed after you allow Functional cookies — until then, you'll see a prompt to enable it before the scheduler appears.
6. Advertising and Marketing Cookies
Reserved for future use. No advertising or retargeting pixel is currently active on this site. If that changes, this section will be updated to name the specific tool and its purpose before it goes live.
7. Third-Party Technologies
Beyond Calendly (see Functional Cookies), our site's own pages load a payment script from Razorpay only on the booking page's payment step, and send chatbot/voice-demo input to Google Cloud Vertex AI to generate responses. These exchanges are needed to provide the feature you're actively using rather than to track you across the web; see our Privacy Policy for how that data is handled.
8. Local Storage and Similar Technologies
In addition to the necessary items listed above, your browser's local storage may briefly hold chatbot conversation context so the AI assistant can maintain a coherent conversation during your session. This is not shared across other websites.
9. Cookie Duration
Our own consent and popup-dismissal storage entries persist until you clear your browser data or change your preference. Third-party cookies set by Calendly follow that provider's own retention rules, which we don't control.
10. Managing Cookie Preferences
You can open our cookie preference center at any time using the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer of any page, or the "Manage Preferences" button on the cookie banner. From there you can accept all, reject all non-essential cookies, or choose category by category. Necessary cookies can't be disabled, since the site can't function properly without them.
11. Browser Controls
Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies directly in their settings. Doing so may affect the functionality of this and other sites, including the Calendly scheduler on our booking page.
