Refund Policy

At AI Agent Mindset, we are committed to delivering high-quality AI automation solutions. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued.

Custom Projects

Since our services involve custom development tailored to each client's specific needs, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. The following guidelines apply:

  • Before work begins: If you cancel before any development work has started, you are eligible for a full refund of any advance payment.
  • During development: If you cancel during the project, payment for completed milestones and work done up to that point is non-refundable. Any unused advance will be refunded.
  • After delivery: Once the final deliverables have been approved and handed over, refunds are not applicable.

Consultation Calls

Strategy and consultation calls are a paid service. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows are non-refundable.

Training Programs

For corporate AI training programs, cancellation terms are outlined in the individual training agreement. Generally, cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund.

Disputes

If you are unsatisfied with our work, we encourage you to reach out to us first. We are committed to resolving any issues and will work with you to find a fair solution before processing a refund.
